Retention Rabbit Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Retention Rabbit Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining, you agree to be bound by these terms and any future modifications.

2. Definitions

• Affiliate: A person or entity approved to promote Retention Rabbit.
• Referral: A new paying customer referred via your promo code.
• Commission: The amount you earn per successful referral.
• Customer: A referred user who makes a valid purchase.

3. Enrollment

To enroll, you must be 18 years or older. We review all applications and may accept or reject any applicant at our sole discretion.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Use only approved marketing materials and accurate information. Always ensure to get your marketing materials approved by Retention Rabbit by reaching out on hello@retentionrabbit.com
• No misleading claims, unethical tactics, or false endorsements.
• No spamming, cookie stuffing, or trademark bidding.
• No use of Retention Rabbit branding on inappropriate sites.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Commissions

You will earn:

• 70% of the first payment from monthly plans.
• 25% of the total payment from annual plans.
• Commission is based on the full subscription price, regardless of discounts.
• Eligible commissions are paid out after a 30-day refund period.
• Only one eligible commision per customer.
• Payouts are made monthly for commissions exceeding $20.

6. Affiliate Tools

You’ll receive a unique promo code. Your referring users will avail 20% off their cart value for using the promo code. We may also provide banners and assets.

7. Intellectual Property

You’re granted a limited license to use Retention Rabbit’s name and visuals for promotional use. Unauthorized usage or manipulation of brand assets is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

Any non-public data you receive as an affiliate must be kept confidential unless written permission is provided.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason.
• Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited if any term was violated.
• You may also terminate at any time by written notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Retention Rabbit will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. The maximum liability is the total commission earned in the last 6 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Retention Rabbit from any legal claim, demand, or damages arising from your participation.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved under New York jurisdiction.

13. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Entire Agreement

This agreement is the entire understanding between you and Retention Rabbit. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
